Our training focuses on teaching Vinyasa Yoga, a breath-driven, dynamic, flowing style of yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is a therapeutic practice which develops strength, flexibility and creates balance in all of the major systems of the body. You will learn a 90 minute sequence which includes all of the major families of poses. You will be educated on the functionality of each pose, how to modify each for different body types and abilities, contraindications, alignment, breath, drishti, bhandas, biomechanics and anatomy. You will learn how to create sequences and weave inspirational philosophical themes throughout your class to inspire your students and lead them through an elevating experience.
