Monthly Unlimited Membership | AUTOPAY suspension policy
This membership can be suspended for a maximum of 60 days per 12 month period.
Your membership includes 4 free suspensions (within a 12 month period) to use the maximum allowance of 60 days. If you require any more than 4 suspension periods to use the maximum allowance of 60 days a $20 administration fee will be charged per suspension period.
Each suspension period must be for a minimum of 7 days and must include the exact start date and end date of the suspension period (start and end dates are to be inclusive of the suspension period)
Please note we cannot back date suspensions, or process your request on the same day. Your suspension will be processed within 5 business days (or sooner) and confirmation will be sent via email.
If you have not received a confirmation email within 5 days of sending your request please get in contact with us to confirm we have received it.
Please note suspension requests cannot be submitted at studio reception, they must be emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Monthly Unlimited Membership | AUTOPAY cancellation policy
Your Monthly Autopay Membership continues indefinitely until you advise YOGALAB that you wish to cancel it.
To cancel your membership simply email email@example.com a minimum of 7 days prior to your next billing date to stop future payments.
A minimum of 7 days notice is required before the next payment due date in order to ensure that payment is not debited. If we do not receive the required 7 days notice and the scheduled payment is debited refunds will not be issued.
You will receive an email confirming your cancellation request. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us to ensure we have received your request.
