YOGALAB welcomes all new students… whether you’re completely new to yoga or have an established practice your best pricing option to get started is our Introductory offer! You’ll get to experience a variety of teachers and class styles so you can find your groove, get a feel for the studio and see what a regular yoga practice can do for you.

  • Our intro offer is $49 for 30 days of unlimited classes.

If you’re new to the studio it’s the best value pass, it allows you to attend as many classes as you like in the 30 day period. We recommend you practice as often as you can and try all of the classes we have on offer. You can purchase the intro offer online or at the studio when you attend your first class.

  • If you’re new to YOGALAB  and/or have never purchased the intro offer from us before then you’re eligible!

  • NO, your intro pass will activate automatically on the date of your first class  not the date of purchase.

Please note there are strictly NO suspensions/extensions on the intro pass, we recommend you start your intro pass at a time when you know you’ll get the most value out of your 30 days.

  • You can attend any class on the schedule, they’re all beginner friendly.  If it’s your first time, awesome! Let your teacher know upon arrival and just go at your own pace, look around, follow along and take breaks when needed. You’ll notice that after just a few classes you’ll see some progress!

If you have never done any yoga before and are not comfortable jumping straight into our open classes we recommend you take a few techniques classes first. Techniques breaks down all the basics to give you a good understanding of how to align your body, modify poses when needed and how to breathe. This is the best way to start. You can also book a one on one session to get personal guidance from one of our amazing teachers.

  • Booking is not essential however a place in class cannot be guaranteed without a booking. Booking your classes for the week is also a great way to schedule and help ensure you prioritise your yoga practice!

  • If you have booked a class and need to cancel you must do so via the online booking system. We cannot process cancellations via phone or email. It is particularly important that you cancel your booking if you are on a 10 class pass as you will have a class deducted otherwise. You can cancel a booking up to 1 hour prior to class start time.

  • Please arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes prior to class starting to allow time to chat to your teacher and get yourself orientated with the studio.

If you have not pre-purchased your intro offer online you will also need time to complete registration.

Our reception is open 30 minutes prior to the start of each class – please ensure you are always ready to go, set up and on your mat at least 5 minutes prior to class starting to ensure classes run to schedule.

  • All students are required to sign in at reception before entering the yoga studio. Please ensure you have done this every time you take class, even if you have booked online and/or are an unlimited member you still need to check in at reception and let your teacher know you have arrived.

  • We have yoga mats and towels available to hire for $2 each

Mat hire is FREE for those on their very first class and YOGALAB members.

  • Yes we have 2 showers and ask all students showering after class to be mindful of other yogis that may be waiting by limiting showering time to 3 minutes.

  • We have both heated and non-heated classes, our heated classes reach a max temp of 27 degrees. The heated classes allow for increased blood circulation which helps you warm up your muscles for a safer stretch. The room does not reach temperature close to Bikram yoga (40 degrees). It just has a nice cosy, warm feel to it.

Please see class styles to learn which classes are heated

  • We recommend you wear light clothing that you’ll be comfortable moving and sweating in for our vinyasa classes, and for Yin and Meditation something comfortable and warm, particularly in the cooler months.

Please also bring a water bottle, we have a filtered water station but do not sell bottled water so you will need your own bottle.

We have mats & towels available for hire and all other yoga props are supplied.

  • Our street address is 181A High Street (the same as The Raw Kitchen restaurant) however we are at the rear of the building and up a flight of stairs and our entrance is accessed via Phanos Lane which comes off Queens Street (view on map)
