You’ll learn from experienced senior facilitators who will be by your side to support, guide and teach you from day one. You’ll receive feedback, coaching and mentoring to keep your progress steady.

Our 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training is designed to give you all of the tools you need to become a powerful, effective, inspirational yoga teacher. Our program is a comprehensive course that will take you through every aspect of teaching and empower you to not only be a leader but to become the greatest version of yourself. Not interested in teaching? No worries! Many students do TT to take their practice and knowledge of yoga to the next level. You’ll learn to live the yoga on and off the mat and walk through life with confidence and authenticity- inspiring others to do the same.

Our 200hr TT is a part time program that runs over 2.5 months. Its accessible for those with busy lives, careers and families. YogaLab is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School and upon completion of this course graduates will receive an internationally recognized 200hr Yoga Alliance certification. This gives you the keys to travel and teach yoga around the world!

About the Course

Our training focuses on teaching Vinyasa Yoga, a breath-driven, dynamic, flowing style of yoga. Vinyasa Yoga is a therapeutic practice which develops strength, flexibility and creates balance in all of the major systems of the body. You will learn a 90 minute sequence which includes the major families of poses. You will be educated on the functionality of each pose, how to modify each for different body types and abilities, contraindications, alignment, breath, drishti, bhandas, biomechanics and anatomy. You will learn how to create sequences and weave inspirational philosophical themes throughout your class to inspire your students and lead them through an elevating experience. By graduation day you will have aquired the skills to teach an entire class from start to finish! What are you waiting for?

Learn to teach an entire yoga class from start to finish. You begin to practice teach from day one receiving live feedback, coaching and mentoring. You’ll see day to day progress from the get go!

Spend a week in Bali as we dive deep into an empowering journey of self study

Learn anatomy, physiology and energetics with their practical application to asana.

Learn yoga history, philosophy and how to incorporate this into your life and your teaching.

Learn teaching techniques and methodology, alignment, cueing, modifications and sequencing

Learn how to assist and adjust your students to enhance their experience

When you train with YOGALAB  you’ll be supported and lead by our team of experienced senior teachers. With decades of international teaching and TT facilitation experience between the crew, each teacher brings something unique to the program. With their guidance you’ll get a well balanced perspective on what it means to teach yoga effectively and authentically at your highest potential. Through feedback and coaching our facilitation team is here to support you and inspire you to be your best.  We want to ensure you have all the tools you need to begin sharing your passion for yoga with the world.

Shawn Taylor-Course Director

Originally from California, course director and lead trainer, Shawn has an extensive background in TT Facilitation. With nearly 20 years of yoga experience, Shawn has helped train over 1000 teachers worldwide. He worked as Training and Development manager for Power Living Australia and was on TT faculty for Bikrams Yoga College of India. Training teachers is his passion and he will share with you everything he has learned along his journey to bring out the best teacher in you. Shawn is an ERYT-500 and YACEP

Nadine Warbrick

Co-founder of Naturesflow Yoga, Nadine brings a broad range of experience to her teaching. As a breathwork teacher she has a deep understanding of prana, breath and its effects on the nervous system. Anyone that’s attended her classes will attest to the experience, her classes are dynamic, grounding, expansive, challenging, nurturing and high vibes. She’s worked as a TT Facilitator for Embodied Flow yoga in Gili Meno, Indonesia, has taught at festivals and inspired students around the globe.

Eric Schwarz

YogaLab senior teacher Eric Schwarz is an ERYT-500 and has lead multiple yoga teacher trainings in the United States and Australia. His breath focused style of teaching always includes extended centering and meditation. Eric’s deep knowledge of the practice and his technical understanding of teaching has naturally led him to become an in demand educator and mentor for many teachers in WA and the United States.

Erica Davis-Rawlings

Originally from Portland Oregon and currently residing in New Zealand, Erica has over 10yrs teaching experience. Trained in Vinyasa and Yin she has facilitated workshops, trainings and retreats in USA, New Zealand, Australian and Indonesia. Erica is passionate about ensuring her students understand the importance of a strong foundation to set them up for a successful life long practice.

Cost $4499  Platinum Members receive a 10% discount. Tuition includes YogaLab 200hr Teacher Training Manual, Bali retreat with 3 meals per day (excluding flights). Additional textbooks will need to be purchased prior to start date.
